He played collegiately at Long Beach State, where he was a four-time All-American, led the team to its first NCAA Men’s Championship title in 1991, and was named the NCAA Men’s Volleyball Player of the Year as a Junior in 1992. He finished his career as the NCAA all-time leader with 3,034 kills

Busby is entering her second season with the Falcons. She graduated from West Virginia in 2004 where she was an All-American forward, scoring 31 career goals, 15 of which were game-winners. The West Virginia grad also played professionally in Sweden and in several semi-pro leagues in the US.

The new Rams Head Coach is in her first year at the helm after serving on the Rams coaching staff since 2015. Kohan was a four-year captain at Iowa from 2005-2008.
During her time at Colorado State, Kohan has helped the Rams to five postseason births and four Mountain West titles.
