概要
TRIGGER WARNING: This episode discusses personal experiences with OCD which may be sensitive or triggering for some listeners.
Welcome to another episode of 'PLEASE EXCUSE MY OCD.' Today, I’m joined by my friend Juliet Gustafson (LMSW - OCD Therapist) who is a therapist and private practice owner dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Obsessive-Compulsive Related Disorders. She is a member and advocate of the LGBTQ+ Community and uses her voice to stand up to social injustice. Juliet is also the co-host on the Intrusive Plots podcast where they discuss media that shows Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
As always, I am not a therapist, these episodes should never take the place of medically trained advice. If you are struggling, please seek advice from a trained medical professional.
Each week, join me as I delve into the realities of living with OCD. From personal anecdotes to real world insights, this podcast is a perfect blend of encouragement, tools and honest conversation.
