Timothy “Bo” Wells currently serves as Fayette’s interim City Marshal, stepping into the role in August following the retirement of longtime Marshal David Ford. A Howard County native, Wells brings over 13 years of law enforcement experience—including six years with the Fayette Police Department and prior service as a Sergeant. He took over the department during a period of major transition, with multiple leadership retirements and staffing challenges, and has focused on rebuilding and strengthening the department while staying connected to the community he’s served for years.
