Walk in the Truth.

God's people can trust God's answer.

Praise God because He is known through revelation.

The gospel gives us a ministry.

His armor keeps us standing.

1. The devil is a real enemy (6:10-13)
2. The Lord has given us effective weaponry (6:14-17)
3. The battle is fought through prayerful dependency (6:18-20)

Our duty on earth is to honor the Lord in heaven.

1. He rewards (6:5-8)
2. He judges (6:9)

Focus the family on the Lord.

1. God has a focus on children (6:1-3)
2. God has a focus on fathers (6:4)

God's design for marriage is learned through the gospel.

1. Submission: A practice of the Church expressed by Wives (5:22-24)
2. Love: The work of Christ entrusted to Husbands (5:25-33)
