Today, I welcome back T1D ultra endurance athlete, Chris Roome. Chris recently founded a Type 1 adventure company, Project Insulntation. This is our next adventure together as T1Determined will partner with Project Insulnation in curating Type 1 backcountry trips, expeditions, and more while capturing the content and stories of the T1D athletes joining us. We dive deep into the importance of surrounding yourself with a positive community and why adventure is so crucial to help with T1D mindset.
