Scottish icon and queen of the pixie cut 'Annie' has just moved into the home on a temporary basis via the Home's respite offering. Unfortunately she hasn't settled in very well, finding it as uncomfortable as walking on broken glass..

Meanwhile Diane highlights the administrative work her dedicated back office staff do to keep the business side of the Home ship-shape.
