  • #14 The Reason You Keep Doubting Yourself & Your Intuition
    2025/08/08

As a former corporate executive who left that world to follow my own soul path and purpose, I learned that my trauma unravelled alongside my spiritual awakening. Now I see women call exhaustion “burnout” when it’s really disconnection — from their truth, their body, and their intuition.

    • “You weren’t born doubting yourself” why second-guessing is learned, not innate.

    • How early conditioning and family programming override your inner compass.

    • The signs your conditioning is louder than your intuition and how it shows up in your body.

    • Why self-trust feels unnatural when you’ve been taught to override your instincts.

    • The breakthrough that happens when you realise you can trust yourself and what changes instantly.

[00:00] Welcome to The Journey Home — where personal growth meets spiritual development for soul-aligned living.
[00:57] The low-level self-doubt so many high-functioning women live with — and why it’s not your fault.
[01:39] The conditioning you’ve carried since childhood that blocks intuitive clarity.
[03:40] How other people’s programming overrides your own inner compass.
[05:54] The moment conditioning becomes louder than intuition — and what that feels like in your body.
[07:21] Why self-trust feels unnatural when you’ve been taught to override your instincts.
[09:59] The cost of living in “shape-shifter mode” to meet other people’s expectations.
[13:45] Client story: Eva’s breakthrough from chronic self-doubt to trusting her own decisions.
[16:07] How cultural and family values shape — and sometimes limit — our intuitive trust.
[19:04] Reflection: Score your own intuitive connection right now.
[20:05] Invitation to my free live masterclass — How to Trust Your Intuition (Tuesday 12 August, 6pm AWST).
[21:24] Who the masterclass is for — and the bonus guide you’ll receive when you register.
[22:03] Why your intuition is your most under-utilised, most powerful tool.
[22:56] This week’s reflection questions to uncover where you’re holding back trust in yourself.
[23:29] Closing invitation — save your seat for the masterclass and start making decisions from confidence, not fear.

    • Name the block. When you say “I’m confused,” ask: Am I actually afraid of the clarity?

    • Track the body memory. Gut knots, jaw tightness, and shoulder tension aren’t random they’re intuitive red flags.

    • Interrupt the shapeshifter. Notice when you alter yourself to meet expectations, pause, and state one honest preference.

    • Call the conditioning out loud. Replace “I don’t know” with “I was taught not to trust myself.”

    • Where in your life are you pretending not to know the answer?

    • What truth becomes unavoidable if you admit you already know?

    • If you trusted your intuition fully for the next 7 days, what would you do differently?

Your intuition isn’t missing it’s waiting for you to hear it clearly. Join me on Tuesday 12 August at 6pm AWST for my free live 60-minute masterclass, How to Trust Your Intuition (And Stop Doubting What You Already Know).

  • #13 Why Women Struggle With Leadership
    2025/07/29

You’re not lacking leadership skills. You’re leading from wounds.

In this episode, I unpack why so many high-functioning, capable women still struggle to step into their full power despite doing “all the work.”

It’s not mindset. It’s not a skills gap. It’s deeper. And I’ll show you where to look.

    Key Highlights + Timestamps

[00:00] – The real reason women stay stuck in leadership

“You’re exhausted because you’re leading while disconnected from your own truth.”

    [02:45] – Why women overperform, over-function, and over-give

How patriarchal conditioning wires women to seek approval and perform instead of lead.

    [05:20] – When confidence doesn’t fix it

You’ve worked on mindset, you’ve done the courses, but you’re still holding back. Why?
“You don’t trust yourself to speak your truth because it was never safe to.”

[09:15] – What no one tells you about burnout and leadership

Leading from suppression, emotional bypassing, and inherited trauma.

[13:50] – The alpha vs the good girl: internal war

The deep split between the woman you are and the one you were taught to be.

[17:30] – How trauma, rage, and grief block true power

“Most women don’t realise how much emotion they’re suppressing just to survive.”

[21:45] – Why your nervous system fights your visibility

Visibility feels unsafe because your body remembers being punished for speaking up.

[26:10] – The leadership wound: betrayal, abandonment, and fear

How early trauma shows up in business, leadership, and motherhood.

[30:25] – Reclaiming your own definition of power

Why you must stop borrowing confidence and start embodying truth.

[35:00] – What it really means to lead as a whole woman

A different model of leadership: grounded, embodied, and led from self.

    Your Reflection Questions

    • Where do I still hide or shrink to be liked?
    • When did I learn that my truth wasn’t welcome?
    • Who would I be if I no longer needed to earn my place?

DM me on Instagram @thecorporatemedium and tell me where you’re stuck.
This is the kind of work we do inside 1:1 coaching and The Journey Home.

  • #12 Eva's Journey: The Breakthrough That Finally Ended her Fertility Struggles
    2025/07/23

I have been deeply honoured to be a part of not only Eva's personal growth and spiritual journey, but her journey into motherhood.

I can't tell you how amazing her journey has been and what you hear or see here in this episode are her looking back on her journey. It has been incredible to watch her self belief, self trust and confidence grow. Her ability to surrender and trust was such a pivotal point of all her breakthroughs. That was the moment she embraced everything and recognised who she really was.

Throughout her journey she continued to trust even though she battled fertility problems and IVF for 10 years, and finally a miracle happened.

This is episode is dedicated to their son, who I hope one day realises the courageous journey his parents went through to bring him into this world.

    00:00 – “I couldn’t feel anything.”
Eva describes feeling numb, confused, and unsure of how to connect to her emotions.

    “I didn’t know how to cry… it just didn’t come. I couldn’t feel anything.”

03:00 – “I was doing all the spiritual things.”
She shares how she was stuck in spiritual bypassing without even realising it.

“Journaling, breath work, all the things. I was doing it all… but nothing was changing.”

06:00 – “And then you said you wanted to work with my husband…”
Eva recounts first seeing Sunita speak and the unexpected shift that followed.

"You said, I need to work with him first. And I was like, huh? But something clicked.”

08:00 – “My fertility journey cracked me open.”
The pain of not falling pregnant brought her face-to-face with deeper emotional blocks.

“It cracked me open… because I had no emotional release. I was holding so much.”

11:00 – “It was all in my head.”
Eva realised she’d been intellectualising healing instead of embodying it.

“I was spiritual, but it was all in my head. I’d never let myself feel it.”

14:00 – “I let myself sit in it.”
She stopped running from her emotions and let them move through her.

“I felt rage. Sadness. Grief. And I didn’t push it away. I let it happen.”

    16:30 – “I finally cried. Properly cried.”
This moment marked the beginning of her reconnection and release.

“It was the first time I actually cried and didn’t shut it down. It all came out.”

    18:00 – “Now I know what’s mine—and what’s not.”
Eva reflects on the freedom and clarity she now feels in her body and mind.

“I can feel the difference now. What’s mine. What I want. What’s not for me.”
    Final words from me:
I hope that Eva's journey has inspired you to see that behind every challenge is the opportunity to learn and grow. And as Eva said, surrendering IS the moment when everything changes.
I would love to hear your comments and feedback, feel free to DM me about your journey too, Sunita

  • #11 Coming Back to You is The Real First Step to Healing - Part 3
    2025/07/03

“You’re not broken. You’ve just been disconnected for so long, you forgot who you were before the world taught you to perform.”

This is the final episode of the 3 part series. This is your mirror and the moment you stop trying so hard to be liked and start witnessing the truth of who you’ve always been underneath the masks, burnout, and emotional shutdown.

    • What self-abandonment really looks like and how it shows up in your body, your decisions, your energy.

    • Why true healing is not about becoming something new, it's about remembering who you’ve always been.

    • The myth of “messy healing” and why facing your truth doesn’t mean falling apart.

    • How disconnection hides your unique soul expression and how to begin reclaiming it, practically.

    • A guided self-reconnection practice that brings you back into your body, breath, and spirit.

    • [00:00] You’re not broken - just buried under layers of self-abandonment

    • [01:00] Your soul expression isn’t gone, it’s been silenced

    • [02:00] Why healing doesn’t equal emotional chaos

    • [03:30] What real self-witnessing looks like

    • [05:00] You don’t need to be high-functioning - you need to be whole

    • [06:10] “What should I do?” is the survival voice here’s the real question

    • [07:00] How physical symptoms reflect self-abandonment

    • [08:00] A mirror practice to reconnect to your soul

    • [08:50] Final reflection: what would it look like to belong to yourself?

    • [09:30] The Journey Home isn’t the doorway it’s the room

    1. What parts of you have never had permission to be loud, raw, or fully alive?

    2. What would it actually look like — not just in theory — to belong to yourself?

    “Healing isn’t intellectual — it’s embodied.”

This is the doorway. The Journey Home is the room.
This series wasn’t just content — it was a call. A call to stop circling, stop avoiding, and start remembering what’s always been within you.
We don’t do healing as usual inside The Journey Home. We dismantle. We reconnect. We reclaim.

If something clicked inside you during this series — DM me @thecorporatemedium and tell me what landed. Your next step is already waiting.

  • #10 3 Signs You're Not Stuck You're Disconnected - Part 2
    2025/07/03

“Everything they praise you for: calmness, patience, strength might just be your trauma mask.”

You weren’t born bland. You became that way to survive.

In Part 2 of this powerful series, we go straight into the traits you’ve been applauded for and expose how they’ve kept you stuck in silence, disconnection, and performance.

    HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

    • Why “your personality is not your truth, it’s your survival”
    • How praise for being calm, kind, or strong often masks suppressed rage, grief, or fear
    • Why shutting up and putting up is a spiritual compromise, not a virtue
    • What perfectionism, people-pleasing, and overachieving are really protecting you from
    • How trauma reshapes the nervous system, creates physical symptoms, and makes you doubt your intuition

    YOUR ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS:

    • Recognise the trauma mask: Calmness can be shutdown. Kindness can be co-dependency.
    • Trace the root: Ask yourself, who needed me to be small so they could be okay?
    • Let your body speak: Skin issues, back pain, tight hips, adrenal crashes — your body remembers what your mind denies.
    • Break the performance cycle: You're not here to be the good girl, peacekeeper, or performing monkey.

    REFLECTION PROMPTS:

    1. What parts of your personality have been shaped by fear, being silenced, or survival?
    2. What parts of you have never had permission to be loud, raw, or fully alive?

    REMEMBER THIS:

    “Perfectionism isn’t a personality it’s a trauma response.”

    AND SO THE WORK CONTINUES:

This is the real root work. The dismantling. The remembering.
It’s what we do inside The Journey Home membership.
If this spoke to you, you already know where you belong.

    NEXT UP:

In Part 3, we go into the first real step to coming home to yourself.

  • #9 3 Signs You're Not Stuck, You're Disconnected - Part 1
    2025/07/01

“As a corporate executive who left that world to follow my own soul path and purpose, my trauma unravelled alongside my spiritual journey. Now I watch women call exhaustion ‘burnout’ when it’s really disconnection.”

By the end of this episode you’ll know:

    • “You’re not stuck. You’re scared.” Why fear dresses up as logic and keeps you frozen.
    • How spiritual amnesia mutes intuition and causes the “I’m just tired” lie.
    • The difference between coping at the effect vs. healing at the root cause (ancestral, genealogical, past-life).
    • Why overthinking isn’t intelligence: “It’s hyper-vigilance.”
    • How buried soul-expression turns into rage, tension migraines, gut pain, and constant shoulder tightness.

    YOUR ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS

    • Name the symptom. When you say “burnout,” ask: What am I avoiding feeling?
    • Track the body memory. Gut knots, jaw tightness, or chest colds are “memories in motion,” not random ailments.
    • Interrupt the shapeshifter. Notice when you alter yourself to be accepted; pause and state one honest preference.
    • Call the fear out loud. Replace “I’m confused” with the real sentence: “I’m terrified clarity means change.”

    YOUR REFLECTION PROMPTS

    1. Where in your life are you pretending to be confused?
    2. What truth becomes unavoidable if you admit you already know?

    My intention for you:

“You don’t need to process more; you need to feel what you’ve been avoiding.”

You don’t need more information you need a mirror and a map. That’s exactly what we do inside The Journey Home. If this episode hit home, the next step is waiting for you there.

    NEXT EPISODE ..

In Part 2 we’ll name the traits you’ve been praised for and expose them as survival strategies. You’re finally ready to outgrow them.
