    • 5-minute breathwork (releasing breath for nervous system)

    • guided meditation (releasing your old self visualization)

    • journaling practice (3 deep prompts)

    •burning ceremony (actual ritual with fire/release)

    • Reflection and weekly mantra: "I am no longer who I was. I am who I'm becoming."
