Juliet O’Sullivan, known as our Jools, is the founder of Life & Fork Nutrition. With over 15 years’ experience as a nutritionist and as a busy mum of three, she’s passionate about helping women cut through diet culture and find sustainable, enjoyable ways to reach their health goals. Jools focuses on reclaiming food as something positive—making the journey as rewarding as the destination, even amidst the chaos of everyday life.
We talked about how all the ways that we overgive, people please, self sacrifice and self punish shows up in the ways we eat - or don’t eat - and how we take care of our bodies day to day. Jools also dropped an absolutely golden nugget about perfectionism that blew my mind!
