This week we are talking about suffering well- what it actually means, what it actually costs, and what it looks like from the inside of a season where you are being asked to choose faith over and over again when everything in you wants to give up.

I am sharing things I have never said publicly before. The moment in my parents' living room that changed everything. The letters I wrote to my family just in case God called me home. The depression that pulled me into places so dark I did not want to be here anymore. And the night a dear friend called me, with no idea what she was interrupting, and saved my life simply by following a nudge.

This is not a theoretical conversation about suffering. This is a testimony. And I pray it reaches exactly who needs it today.
