In this episode of Off You Pop, we climb Snaefell, the highest point on the Isle of Man, starting with a hand in the Irish Sea at Laxey and rising through mining history, Norse naming, Victorian engineering, and the open moorland that crowns the island. This isn’t the story of my climb — that part comes later. And at the summit, we stand where the island says you can see six kingdoms: England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Mann, and Heaven.
