Donovan shares how his battle with addiction began after trying meth for the first time at just 13 years old and the journey that eventually brought him to the ministry. He later went on to serve as an instructor at John 3:16 for two years.

This ministry also became the place where Donovan and Lily’s story began. Donovan became good friends with instructor Richard Clubb, Lily’s father, who eventually introduced Donovan to his daughter. That introduction grew into a relationship, and today Lily and Donovan are married.
