  • What Does Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen Say About This Moment? ( Part 2)
    2026/04/21

Welcome back to part 2 of exploring Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen

and exploring the question: what is it really saying to us about what we need to consider in terms of creating intimacy with others? Also, the much bigger question: What was the soil, the surround, that grew a show like Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen into existence?

Here within this part 2, I dive into answering these questions. Again, be warned, there are spoilers. If you want to watch a bit of or all of the short Netflix series then come back, please....be my guest.

    Here is part 2!

  • What Does Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen Say About This Moment? ( Part 1)
    2026/04/16

Within this episode I share my insights about the link between the short Netflix series Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen and our current surround of human intimacy and relationships.

Also, to place this into a larger context that I don't quite cover in either of these, as humans we have been concerned about who we lay with and play with since the beginning of time. Seek out any well preserved letters from a previous time, any historical books on any topic about humans getting together (like the Anne De Courcy's The Husband Hunters American Heiresses Who Married into the British Aristocracy), or odd stories like the wealthy man who passed as black to eventually marry a black woman he fell in love with (look it up, and also, there are more than a few families with similar stories tucked within their family archives)....thus, our anxieties about who we will lay with, play with, and mate with is nothing new (and of course, you know this already!).

I hope you enjoy what I have shared about Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen and its commentary about where we are at as humans with relationships.

Beware, there are spoilers. Here is Part 1!

  • Still Pondering (Trailer)
    2026/04/16

    The Origin Story…

Ponder This was a series that originally aired circa 2012-2014 as a short segment that I was fortunate to have on Green Mountain Mornings 100.3 FM and 1490 WKVT in Brattleboro, VT. These short clips talking about various topics and themes contained one main throughline across all the different episodes: inquiry and being unafraid to sit with the discomfort of questions.

    The Return…

As an artist across different mediums, inquiry and sitting with even the most uncomfortable things is key to my practice. Still Pondering is an extension of this idea that covers a range of different kinds of inquiry with stories, occasional oddities, and sometimes, reflections about the people, places, and things I have encountered (and this of course means that dead or current/live culture is not off limits). To manage expectations, I am not sure about the frequency of when these will be shared and sometimes, I will be digging into the vault to be in conversation with what I shared over a decade ago or let it stand as it's own artifact.

I hope you tune in and enjoy.
