In this episode, I introduce myself to my many friends :) , as well as the podcast and what I plan to accomplish with it. I then travel back to my high school years to bring back valuable lessons on the positives of striving to find our true selves, and staying true to that and the people who are real & bring out the best in us, and how that outweighs the pros of always trying to define ourselves in terms of the views of others, especially those who constantly look down on us, and how that has worked for me so far.
