The crew continues cleanup work on Oberelk. Eloi confides with the ghostly apparition of his fiancé Eva. Roem continues to treat Eloi from his battle wounds, noting Eloi should take it easy. Faraday knows an important detail behind the specific mineral "Quartzite" and "The Hicazkar Family" on the frontier planet of Maqam.

After Eloi's moment with Eva, (and words from Roem after) he and the party extract the artifact. An old clock-face with the ability to change people's moods. The clocks mechanisms bound together by one of "The Entity's" crystals.

Before leaving Oberelk, the crew watches Mr. Abrams be escorted by PPA soldiers, from his arrest in the previous episode. The crew soon leaves Oberelk, returning to K3 Station.

Upon reaching K3 Station, they learn that Doctor Professor Fios has been arrested by the PPA Navy. He will be on trial and is held currently on the Piian homeworld of Galta. Prompting the next move for the party.
