One of the things I love most about fasting is that it can work with so many different diets. Whether you eat a lot of meat or you are vegan or anything in between, you can find benefit from adding in fasting! That said, fasting and healthy eating are two sides of the same coin in my book. When we are not fasting we should be focused on eating the most nursing foods.

One can't do much better than the humble squash.
