Sasha Krause was just 27 years old when she was abducted and senselessly murdered. She lived in a Mennonite community in Farmington, New Mexico, where she taught Sunday school. She lived a peaceful and pious life. She loved to write poems and hymns and would have continued writing and sharing her goodness with the world if her life hadn’t been cut short by a selfish monster.

Mark Gooch had been raised in a Mennonite community in Wisconsin. When he turned 18, he joined the Air Force which goes against the Mennonite faith. Supposedly, he held a grudge against the Mennonite community and wanted to bring them down. This thirst for vengeance is what led him to start surveilling the Mennonite community in Farmington and led him to randomly choose Sasha as his first victim. Luckily, he was caught right away before he could murder anyone else, but the damage had already been done for Sasha’s family and friends.

On October 11, 1973, Charlie Hickson and Calvin Parker were fishing on the Pascagoula River after a long shift at the shipyard. Everything was going smoothly, until suddenly, they both heard a “zipping” noise behind them and saw bright blue lights. They turned around and saw some sort of craft hovering about the ground. Then, three beings came out of the craft and grabbed each man by the arm and brought them on their spaceship. The two men were then separated and put in different rooms where they were scanned by different devices. They were both unable to move as if these beings had paralyzed them. Then, the beings took the men off their ship and placed them back where they had found them.

Charlie and Calvin didn’t know what to do. At first, they agreed to not tell anyone what had happened to them. However, when they started driving away, Charlie thought of his family and worried that maybe these beings were coming back to attack. He decided he had to tell the authorities. So Charlie and Calvin went to the police station to give a statement. The police didn’t believe them at first, but after leaving the two men in a room with a hidden recording device and listening to their conversation when they thought no one could hear them, the police definitely believed them.

Charlie and Calvin were both traumatized by this event, but Calvin even more so than Charlie. This haunted him for years and years. It took him 18 years before he finally opened up to his wife about this experience. After this, he felt stronger and more prepared to share his stories with others as well.

Both men have passed away, but they both stuck to the same story until the day they died. So what do you think? Was this some shared hallucination or were they abducted by aliens?

In October 2021, Jason Schaefer was delivering mail on his typical mail route in Longmont, CO, when someone walked up to him and shot him in the face. Despite first responders’ best efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene. By the end of the day, police had arrested someone for his murder. This person was Devan Schreiner.

Jason and Devan had dated in the past and shared a son but were no longer together. Two days before the murder, Jason had filed for full custody, and investigators soon discovered that Jason had been dating Devan’s sister. Devan had a motive, but police needed hard evidence. Luckily, almost everyone has some sort of camera on their house, and police are able to collect this footage from houses in the area as evidence. As if this wasn’t enough, Devan is also a mail carrier and her mail scanner had been inactive for about an hour during the time of Jason’s murder.

All of this evidence points to Devan, but detectives were also able to collect enough evidence to implicate Devan’s boyfriend, AJ Ritchie, in the murder as well. Devan and AJ were tried separately and were both found guilty.
