  • Episode 15: Life Between Lives- Spirit World Without Visualisation
    2026/08/24

In this episode I am going to share my experience of my Life Between Lives (LBL) regressions, with the Michael Newton trained LBL facilitator Karen Joy.

My experience wasn’t like those that I had read about in Michael Newton’s books, because I am unable to visualise images in my mind’s eye, a condition known as Aphantasia. Instead, I automatically did direct voice channelling.

The regression sessions were conducted over Zoom and were recorded, and Karen sent me the automatic transcripts of those recordings.

In this episode I will share some of the channeled teachings on:

    • The Spirit World,
    • Universal Consciousness
    • Universal Life Force Energy
    • The Soul
    • The Higher Self
    • Spirit Communication
    • The Creation of Heaven or Hell
    • The Akashic Records, Hall of Records, Book of Life
    • The Healing Place
    • Spirit Guides
    • The Council of Elders

In this episode, the channeled teachings were from my higher self Salom, my main spirit guide Aeron, and the Council of Elders.

  • Episode 11: Life Between Lives- Single Life, Parallel Lives, Twin Flames
    2026/08/21

In this episode I am going to share some of the teachings that I channelled in my Life Between Lives (LBL) regressions, with the Michael Newton trained LBL facilitator Karen Joy, about single life incarnation, parallel lives and twin flames.

My experience wasn’t like those that I had read about in Michael Newton’s books, because I am unable to visualise images in my mind’s eye (a condition known as Aphantasia). Instead, I automatically did direct voice channelling.

The regression sessions were conducted over Zoom and were recorded, and Karen sent me the automatic transcripts of those recordings.

Some of the information from these sessions is very personal to me, and it was very emotional for me to experience, so I will not be sharing that, but I will share the channeled teachings, and information that I think will be of interest to you, and may help you in your spiritual journey.

In this episode, the channeled teachings were from my deceased twin flame, and the Council of Elders.
