Technology. Is. Everywhere.There's no doubt it’s a powerful tool, yet it's also a huge source of stress on the nervous system - but did you know that it negatively impacts your energy too? I can't tell you how often I tune into a client's energy to find a huge stagnant cloud of low vibrational energy held in the auric field that needs to be cleared, either from working with technology, or using it regularly.I also know this because like so many of you out there, I work on my laptop every single day in 1:1 zoom sessions, making posts, recording videos, creating and editing the meditations or transcribing channeled information from the Guides (it comes through so fast, we've found my quick typing ensures we just catch it in time!).This means that regular clearing of not only my own energy, but also our wee healing office (the room you see me in on the videos) too.
