Spilling the Noodles About Relationships, this episode is part one of a special two part series where we share a couple personal experiences surrounding relationships (both romantic and platonic). The episode starts off with us answering a question from a Noodle (listener) about a previous episode. Jamie then shares his personal experience with his first girlfriend and how its shaped him into the person he is today. Afterwards, Ailis goes on to share her own story about a friend group and how it led to her experience with her first boyfriend. The episode finishes off with both of us reflecting on how, despite the awful experiences we had, we have been able to heal and grow into better versions of ourselves. Spilling the Noodles About Chairs?!, in this episode we focus on our experiences in the different school systems we grew up knowing. We chat about a variety of things such as our favourite subjects in school as well as some more personal experiences surrounding bullying. From there we switch gears a bit and, sticking to the more personal stories, talk about our experiences as neurospicy individuals. From post to pre diagnosis, we dive into a variety of experiences which eventually leads to our 10 minute chair rant. We also chat about a couple small off topic ideas including math, doodling and lord of the rings. Spilling the Noodles About Parenting, in this episode we chat about a variety of thoughts surrounding the idea of modern technology and children’s increasingly, seemingly, unrestricted access to technology and the internet. We start off chatting about our feelings on having children and quickly move on to the implications of having children in todays continuously technology dependent world. From there we moved on to chat about our experiences with technology growing up and some childhood games we experienced such as Moshi Monster, Club Penguin and, in Ailis’ case, McWorld. The conversation then moves towards our experiences on Roblox games with unrestricted access to millions of random people. Afterwards we switch gears to end off on a slightly lighter topic of having children with pets and how we feel about more exotic pets such as Geckos, Snakes and the lovely bearded dragons.
