With FC Dallas soon to return home for the first time since before the 2026 World Cup began, the Agenda decided it'd be wise to give supporters a look behind the curtain at what the new Toyota Stadium project has been like.
First we've got an interview with FC Dallas' Vice President of Stadium Operations Nick Shafer. Shafer talks with Ryan about the thought process that went into the designs of Toyota Stadium's updates, the challenges faced in updating a stadium in 2026, and what the experience will be like when the dust settles on construction in Frisco.
Then Ryan spoke with Moss Construction's Senior Vice President Jim Cuddihee, whose company is boots on the ground for getting Toyota Stadium's renovations done. They talk about what it entails to go from first shovel in the ground to shining new stadium, some of the updated features supporters can expect, and much more.
