  • Speak Your Truth Podcast -28-7- 2025-Dedicated to Lisa Harnum Foundation
    2025/07/28

Welcome to Speak Your Truth on Alive 90.5FM — a place where voices rise in remembrance, resilience, and hope.

Today, we dedicate our show to the Lisa Harnum Foundation, in heartfelt memory of Lisa Harnum, whose life was tragically lost to domestic violence. Her story echoes through the hearts of many, reminding us why speaking out and standing together matters more than ever.

As we honour Lisa and her enduring legacy, we are joined by two powerful advocates for change — Founder Aileen Mountfield and Board Member Peter Gangemi. Through the Foundation's Purple Nail Tribe initiative, they champion visibility, education, and action — not just in words, but in bold, united steps toward a safer tomorrow.

This week, community members will gather in visible solidarity at Rouse Hill Town Centre on:

    • Thursday 31 July (4–8 PM),

    • Saturday 2 August (10 AM–4 PM), and

    • Sunday 3 August (10 AM–4 PM),

These events serve as powerful calls to educate, raise awareness, and take collective action against domestic violence.

Thank you for tuning in. Today we don’t just remember Lisa — we honour her by amplifying the voices and efforts that strive to protect others and foster healing. Let’s speak truth. Let’s be the change.
