I’ll walk you through what I’m calling The Ripple Effect—a reminder that every word we speak, every choice we make, and every attitude we carry creates ripples that reach our families, our friends, our communities, and the world around us. You don’t have to live a reactive and exhausted life. You get to choose your ripples.
