概要
This episode is possibly something many of us won't say out loud because we're supposed to always be grateful, happy and helpful. Well sometimes I don't feel that way and I talk about it on this episode. I'm trying to relay that instead of doing all of this alone with a false smile and a feeling of overwhelm, sometimes it helps if we talk about it and say it out loud.
