  • 00. Why We're Making a Podcast About Love
    2025/11/11

In this introductory episode, Anna and Grace open the door to this interview-style podcast about the brave, sacred, and wildly imperfect work of loving well. They share why they created the show, what makes them so obsessed with love stories (and qualified to talk about them), and how their own decades-long friendship shapes the way they think about trust, flexibility and honest love. They talk about the kinds of relationships you'll hear on the show, from long-term partnerships and fresh connections to soul-level friendships and even post-breakup couples. And they introduce the standing question at the heart of it all: What even is a soulmate?

  • 01. CJ and Emily: What if Soulmates… Are Real?
    2025/11/11

CJ and Emily don't just believe in soulmates, they believe their lives are evidence. From the moment they connected in college, their connection felt effortless. No grand gestures or drama, just an unmistakable sense of knowing. Now, a decade and a marriage later, they join Grace and Anna to unpack what, exactly, has kept them convinced that their relationship was something destined.

They paint a clear picture of what it means to build love on emotional safety – the early, high-stakes conversations that could have gone wrong but didn't, the relief of being understood for the parts of yourself that once felt "too much," and the kind of growth that only happens when someone loves you into becoming more fully yourself.

  • 02. Chloe and Kiara (Part 1): Falling in Love with a Friend
    2025/11/11

What really happens when friendship turns into love? In part 1 of our interview with Chloe and Kiara, we learn about the high-stakes, tender, and sometimes messy shift from platonic love to romantic love. Their story is a study in vulnerability: testing boundaries, saying the hard thing that needs to be said, and learning what it means to trust someone with the parts of yourself you usually keep hidden.

They walk us through the nervous honesty of those first confessions, the "oh shit" moments that come with realizing real partnership requires deeper emotional exposure, and the personal and financial strain of navigating grad school at the same time. This convo is a beautiful demonstration of how to transition a strong friendship into a compassionate love.

    >> Stay tuned for part 2, where Chloe and Kiara tell us their take on the idea of soulmates, and explain how living long-distance for most of the year has impacted their bond (we are obsessed with their answer!).
