The great poet Maya Angelou said "There is no greater agony than bearing a story inside of you". Vivian Banks Bradford tells her story of triumph and faith. At the age of 16, she finds herself the Mom to her siblings after her parents and aunt pass away. She faces many stuggles and much adversity, but her Mom prepared her for the fight. So when she is diagnosed with Lupus she continues to fight and to keep her faith in God. Stories are not meant to be kept inside, they are meant to be shared. Otherwise they die...unread and unknown. All this happens because a young heart heard a teacher sharing the story of Naomi and Ruth in the bible, and that heart was so moved by the story, she found the courage to ask the teacher to be her Naomi. The teacher did not hesitate, but said yes. And from that moment, they were connected by the spirit of two women that walked on earth so long ago. Through their intentional investment in each other, they received a huge return. One that is worth more than any amount of money. They found a deep, abiding, love that is unlimited, endless, and forever.
