    Housing prices are sky-high in many areas of the country, and central Florida is high on that list. Orange County, Florida, put a rent control ordinance on the ballot in November of 2022, but that ordinance has been locked in legal limbo. Our Solutionaries team tackled the housing crisis in the Orlando area in 2022, and the reporting started with a citizen panel, who brought the real stories to Solutionaries host Louis Bolden. There were many personal tales of being priced out of homes, apartments, and the area in general.
