It's so difficult to simply "be" these days. Our minds are racing. They're worrying about tomorrow, complaining about yesterday, so simply existing in the present moment without your mind bombarding you with nonsense is really difficult.

As I sat down to teach meditation this evening, all thoughts were gone, the world seemed to be naturally at peace with itself. So it's important to notice that and take advantage of it.

Simply breathing while the rest of your body fades from your awareness is such a beautiful meditation. But it's difficult. Usually it's so passive that your mind becomes distracted and grabs your attention. So take advantage of the natural calm in the world this evening and try this relaxing guided meditation.

The Infinite Bliss Meditation Club is a great place to learn meditation with other friendly and like minded people.

We meet weekday mornings at 7:00am and evenings at 7:00pm.

Morning meditation sessions are about 10-15 minutes. Short and to the point. Aimed at people with busy lives that don't have time to chit chat and gossip, but who need focus and a clear mind to power through their busy day.

Evening meditations are a little more relaxed and slow paced, where the focus is on relaxing and releasing all the stress from the day so we can allow our bodies to heal and stop ourselves worrying about tomorrow. It's a great reset.

But the greatest power of the meditation club is that you meet at a consistent time every day and are a little more accountable. So that helps you progress quickly with meditation and get over many of the frustrations much more easily.
