概要
For decades, the self help sector has been telling those in western countries to set goals. Actually setting goals isn't enough, they need to be S.M.A.R.T. goals and the only way to achieve them isn't through multi-tasking, but rather the popular productivity hack of the week. But not many gurus talk about what to do once the goals have been reached. You've got the car, the house, maybe even the spouse, but now what? Maybe you don't have any of that but you are finally doing work that you enjoy, or maybe your goal was just to scroll less, and you've successfully reduced your weekly scroll time by 1 hour a day. Then what? Do you set a new goal? Was the goal too small to begin with? Let's get into it.
