After meeting at West Chester Chamber events, one of which he actually catered, Alex Shimpeno joins us on the Bad Rhino Local Podcast.
Alex Shimpeno is the Executive Chef and Owner of Alexander Catering Company and Shimpy’s BBQ. Since the age of 9 years old, Alex knew he wanted to become a chef. From humble beginnings, working at a Burger King at 13, he transformed his passion into a successful business and career. Shimpy’s BBQ offers delicious, classic BBQ food such as 15-hour smoked brisket, pulled pork, and mac n cheese. On the other hand, Alexander Catering Company offers 14 ethnic cuisines. Alex takes pride in honoring each and every culture through their cuisine and enjoys building a family and community with each and every client.
