概要
In this episode, we have a conversation about the idea of how life with ADHD can shape and reshape your choices, and in particular our career choices.
And joining me for this conversation is Founder & CEO of the UK-based neurodiversity coaching and support platform "Messy Minds" Joanne Hill.
Joanne is a senior leader who built a successful career in executive roles, but everything changed after her ADHD diagnosis.
Jo decided to shift direction, capitalising on her creativity and sense of purpose. She is now the founder and CEO of Messy Minds, a company designed to help the world become a better place for neurodivergent people to thrive.
Not only does this organisation offer ADHD coaching to individuals, it also offers a CPD accredited coaching qualification for those who want to train to become an ADHD coach.
