Alongside his mainstream scientific career, he has spent decades researching Bigfoot/Sasquatch reports and has been affiliated with the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization. He has also appeared in Sasquatch-related media projects, including Searching for Sasquatch 6: What Lurks in the Darkness.
