Debbie Bullock is the Wellbeing Lead at Aviva in the UK. Debbie talks about the latest research on wellbeing from Aviva, the research is benchmarked with data pre-pandemic, at the start of 2020. So it is possible to see the impact of the pandemic on our wellbeing.
