このコンテンツについて
In this episode we share the masculine perspective about trauma and healing. I can’t say anyone is done healing..but i can say my partner and I are doing it together. The struggle is real with relationships after abuse and trauma. If you can’t keep a relationship or you make terrible choices choosing lovers and yet you know you need to learn from the patterns we find in our past. Not dwell on them or push them away, but let that go, and to really look at the facts.
In this episode we also will talk about the dark parts of us - the parts that grew due to our childhood trauma to recent trauma to PTSD. We are all the dark wolf and the white wolf inside us or some form of darkness - the key is to understand how it impacts our relationships and learning how to balance the light with the dark.
