Tera Brown is the founder of Healers Academy, a faith-based, trauma-informed coaching certification for women called to lead healing conversations.

After mentoring hundreds of women through certification and real client work, she's seen that most don't need another course—they need the confidence and skills to safely support others. She mentors aspiring coaches who feel "almost ready" but want grounded skills, deeper confidence, and Christ-centered support as they step into their purpose.

Through emotional literacy, trauma-informed coaching, and faith-led discernment, Tera helps women learn to hold safe, grounded space without losing themselves in the process. Her work empowers women to move from self-doubt to steadiness—turning their pain into purpose and the call on their heart into meaningful impact.
