  • Our Wonderful Counselor For Life And Work
    2025/12/10

    Send us a text

Wisdom doesn’t live far away. It’s close, personal, and present in the decisions that define your work and your home. Tony invites you into a lived promise from Psalm 32:8—“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you”—and shows how that promise becomes a practical guide for real leadership moments and everyday choices.

We walk through a formative season with the Brave Hearts, a cohort of emerging leaders who named five core attributes for their journey: confidence, humility, persistence, resilient, and resourceful. You’ll hear how those traits balance each other in the pressure of projects, relationships, and deadlines, and how asking for counsel transforms good intentions into wise action. Tony breaks down the difference between instruction, teaching, and counsel, and explains why the “loving eye” matters when stakes rise and clarity fades.

There’s a powerful story at the center: two people, seeking direction, independently led to Luke 11 on the same morning. That alignment becomes a model for discernment—ask for guidance, wait with attention, confirm through Scripture and circumstance, and then move forward with courage. Along the way, we talk about leadership as stewardship, the role of the Holy Spirit in daily decisions, and the steady confidence that comes from knowing you are seen, known, and guided.

If you need clarity for a tough call, a team challenge, or a personal crossroad, this conversation offers a simple practice you can use today: ask, listen, learn, and act. Subscribe for more faith-centered leadership insights, share this with someone who needs encouragement, and leave a review to tell us how you seek counsel in your own life.

  • Patient Endurance And The Promises Of God
    2025/12/03

    Send us a text

Our faith in God gives us the confidence we need. Faith functions as confident trust in God rather than a push to make everything happen on our own. How do we exercise patient endurance? Why is patient endurance not passive waiting but an active, steady posture that keeps us doing God's will?

Our mindset of faith is a divinely inspired framework to turn vision into reality: expectation, anticipation, preparation, and realization.

Expectation begins when we receive a promise; anticipation imagines the future joy and impact; preparation translates belief into obedient steps taken in response to God's guidance and timing; realization is the fruit that arrives in due season.

Satan attacks us in our minds. His tactic is to create doubts.
Often, he whispers, "How can you make that happen?"

A key insight is that we don't make things happen. We receive by faith what God has already provided.

God gives us a decisive response. Submit to God's faithfulness, power, and love; resist the thought in Jesus' name, and then proclaim your promise from God aloud. Practice this regularly to build confidence and align your heart with God's Word, reinforcing your faith during spiritual battles.

Our daily mindset becomes a practiced response. Over time, we learn to focus on the next step as God directs, to rest in the wisdom of His perfect timing, and to allow Him to lead us into the realization of His plan for us.

Your life will positively impact your family, colleagues, clients, and those you meet along the way.

Listen to God's plan and receive courage to keep going, a plan to move forward, and power to fight doubt.

The outcome of expectation, anticipation, and preparation is the realization of God's promises in your life.

  • "Hearing God! - HIs Invitation and Gift."
    2025/11/26

    Send us a text

    Greetings, my friends.

God is constantly speaking. Hearing from God is a supernatural invitation and gift only God can fulfill.

What if clarity isn't hiding somewhere out there, but already whispering within you? We explore how a loving God communicates with us, why that voice is quieter than the noise around us, and how a few simple practices, like prayer, journaling, and quiet time, can help you recognize His voice more clearly. Drawing from Ephesians 1:13 and Psalm 46:10, we unpack the promise of the Holy Spirit, the art of stillness, and the practical steps that turn faith into daily guidance.

We start with the core question: why would God speak to me? Because the relationship is the point. From there, we trace common detours—chasing success, speed, and certainty—then show how seeking God first restores order and brings peace. You'll hear a personal story about learning to listen, the difference between an audible shout, an inner nudge, and external distractions, and how repeated Scripture can be a signpost. We talk through what discernment feels like, how to test what you sense by aligning it with Scripture and prayer, and how encouragement from God strengthens you to do what once seemed impossible.

This conversation is for anyone facing decisions at work, leading a team, raising a family, or fighting private battles with fear and hurry. Expect a grounded approach: quiet the rush, ask with honesty, write what you notice, and move one step at a time. For example, pausing before a big decision or journaling your thoughts can help you hear God's guidance. Along the way, we highlight three assurances of the Holy Spirit—presence that never leaves, power to do what God asks, and an inner witness that confirms God's promises. If you've been longing for direction, this is your invitation to be still and know. If it helps you breathe easier and trust deeper, share it with a friend, subscribe for more, and leave a review to tell us how you're learning to listen.

"Reflection Brings Refreshing for The Journey!"

Today, I found encouragement in time spent reflecting on my journey.

I want to share an exciting insight. Explore how intentional reflection—ten minutes with a notebook, a planner, and honest questions like 'What am I grateful for today?' or 'What did I learn from this experience?'—can turn scattered memories into a time of refreshing and confidence for your next season.

Instead of being overloaded with more input, I took time to walk through a year-in-review that highlights key moments, timely people, and the subtle ways guidance showed up right when we needed it.

I am sharing how flipping back through your days reveals more than nostalgia. It shows cause-and-effect: a nudge you obeyed becomes a door that opens months later; a risk you take before you know how attracts the right partners at the right time.

Gratitude is not just a feel-good emotion. It's a powerful tool that can calm your mind, lift your mood, and restore your energy, enabling bold yet wise action.

We also address hard seasons without glossing over pain. Reflection integrates loss by seeing the care that carried you, the strength that emerged, and the lessons that now shape your choices.

By sharing your journey and the practical steps that have refreshed you, you're not just growing yourself; you're helping others do the same. You're also inspiring and supporting those around you, from your family to your circle and the people you serve.

Many of us want trade noise for clarity and anxiety for expectancy.

Try the reflection exercise, notice the benefits, and tell us what surprised you most.

Share the encouragement with a friend who needs encouragement.

    Encouragement given is encouragement multiplied!

  • God Invites You To Ask, Seek, And Knock For His Best
    2025/11/05

    Send us a text

God loves us unconditionally. He has provided everything we need for life and godliness, including everything we will face in our careers.

When we face obstacles on our journey to fulfilling our God-given goals, it's important to remember the power of faith and prayer. Jesus assures us that we can ask, seek, and knock, and we will receive what we need. Divine promises hold the incredible power to dynamically change our circumstances when combined with our faith and our prayers.

We share a powerful promise that "Ask and it will be given you. Seek and you will find. Knock and the door will be opened to you." Mattew 7:7

Faith in God promises empowers us to move from vague and uncertain outcomes to the faithfulness of our Father in Heaven, transforming prayer from vague hope into purposeful action.

Rooted in Jesus' promise in Matthew 7:7-8 and illuminated by Mark 11, we explore how faith addresses obstacles. It's not just our faith, but also the guidance and support of the Holy Spirit that helps us prepare and move forward when God opens the way. The Holy Spirit is our constant companion, leading us, guiding us, and preparing us for the journey ahead.

We start with God's heart: unconditional love and a commitment to give His best, not leftovers. From there, we delve into the practical aspects of the Holy Spirit's presence within us. The Holy Spirit is our constant companion, guiding us, ordering our steps, and empowering us to pursue the goals God has helped us set. You'll hear how to ask for wisdom with clarity, seek resources with focus, and knock on closed doors with words of faith that align with God's will. We discuss why speaking to challenges matters, how doubt erodes authority, and what it looks like to expect God to act without trying to control the timeline.

Throughout, we emphasize the importance of preparation and obedience. When you believe God will open the door, you get ready: refine the plan, make the call, write the proposal, schedule the meeting. Then, when the door swings open, you walk through it in faith and give thanks. Along the way, we share how practicing time alone with God—using a pen, notebook, and a few verses—helps you hear God's direction for your life and work. Insight shared is insight multiplied, so we encourage you to pass on what you learn to someone who needs courage today.

If this message lifts your faith or meets you at a closed door, subscribe for more teachings, share this episode with a friend, and leave a review to help others find it. Tell us: what door are you knocking on this week? Is it a job opportunity that seems out of reach? A relationship that needs mending? A health issue that needs healing? Whatever it is, remember that God is on the other side of that door, ready to open it when the time is right.

  • "Now Hope!..." - in Life and Career
    2025/10/22

    Send us a text

Hope is a positive assurance of an expected outcome!

What if hope isn’t a mood you chase but a power you practice right now? We dive into “now hope,” a present-tense trust that anchors your mind and redirects your heart when life turns turbulent. Grounded in Romans 15:13, we explore how joy and peace rise as you believe, and how the Holy Spirit fuels you to abound in hope even when circumstances push hard the other way.

Across this conversation, we get practical about fighting discouragement and spiritual fatigue. You’ll hear a simple, memorable definition—hope as positive assurance of an expected outcome—and how to apply it by naming a promise, writing it down, and speaking it aloud. We unpack why singing isn’t just emotional relief but strategic warfare that drives out the lies that drain your confidence. From shifting attention away from fear to declaring truth, the steps are small, repeatable, and powerful: submit to God, resist the devil, and watch him flee.

We also return to identity: if you’ve trusted Jesus, you are a child of God and the Holy Spirit lives within you. That means you don’t labor to earn love; you live from it. Whether you’re facing a heavy assignment, a career crossroads, or a quiet but exhausting battle in your thoughts, there’s strength available right now. Focus on who God is, remember who you are, rehearse the promise, and sing until hope rises. Join us, lend your voice to the chorus, and choose “now hope” today.

If this encouraged you, follow the show, share it with a friend who needs courage, and leave a quick review to help more people find hope.
