Gidon talks about the beginning of the brand from 1996, The growing pains, being in legendary bars in the lower east side collecting feedback and tinkering with his craft in a small upstate new york winery. Gidon then hustled his way numerous establishments and music venues such Raven cafe, CBGBs, Don hills and Rudys.
During this time the brand started to receive wide acclaim from Publications such as the new york times,Paper Magazine, and Market Watch.
