What does it take to lead transformation inside organizations—and develop the mindset to build something better?
In this episode of the Business Impact Lab Podcast, Angela Jackson and co-host LynnAnn Erickson sit down with Travis Gollaher, General Manager of NexTalk, to explore the realities of leadership, resilience, and building disciplined organizations that drive real results.
Travis shares his personal journey—from describing himself as a “late bloomer” to becoming a leader who steps into companies that need both stabilization and growth. The conversation dives into how leaders build predictable revenue engines, align pricing with the value they create, and establish operating systems that drive accountability across teams.
But this episode goes beyond strategy. Travis also reflects on the experiences that shaped his leadership philosophy, the mindset required to navigate uncertainty, and why developing leaders who think and act like owners is critical for long-term success.
If you’re interested in leadership, business transformation, and building organizations that move from chaos to clarity, this episode offers both practical insights and powerful leadership lessons.
