Pillar number 1 Clarity Whether you are in business already or looking at starting it is a reasonable idea to have a bit of a check in whether you are still aligned. Here are a few questions that are a great conversation starter: Why did you choose to get in business? What is your vision? Do you both agree on the values of the business? What are some of the areas where you feel stuck? And how do you share this? What are (if any) the beliefs now about yourself that are getting in your way? What are both your respective super powers? How do you get to use them? These answers will help you with creating or reviewing your business plan. Having a plan is a smart move. it creates clarity and removes some of the conversations you don’t need to have. Take the time out and invest at the very beginning, you can use various tools to get you started. A great tool I like to use is the one page business plan, it is a great tool to use even if you have an existing plan.
