For today’s episode I am focussing on 3 of the 7 key success factors.

Envisioning an outcome It sounds so hard, but it might be less hard than you think. Keeping it simple will aid the process, it is often those simple ideas that can spark the biggest inspiration. Martin Luther King famously said “I have a dream”, that one sentence has inspired people for generations and no doubt will continue to do so. In the context of your leadership in your business partnership how could you achieve this?
