We have defined what leadership is so, then what is management? Management is about making things happen, accomplish the goals of an organisation and being in charge of holding people to account and governing the conduct within. What do leaders do? They create a vision and inspire, ensuring there is the ability, capacity and resources to create the desired outcomes. A leader follows through on their decisions. What are managers tasked with?
