We have discussed the difficulty of outside opinions and judgement with IBD. Today we read an anonymous letter we received from a "neighbor". Might have been well-intended but the advice was dangerous. We discuss the ways you can support and help patients when offering advice but mainly are her to say we get it, we see you, and we know the opinions can be so frustrating. We are family friendly and want our audience to be involved! Listen together, separately, but ultimately we hope we bring some attention to some well deserved topics on chronic illness.
