Victoria is a weather anchor, pageant contestant, business owner and meteorology student who somehow also finds enough time in her day to play with her pet cats and get some good pilates workouts in.
We asked her about the weather in the Rio Grande Valley, what it's like to be a woman in media, the reality of training for beauty pageants, and what keeps her going despite all the challenges distractions.
