In this episode I talk about my experience having very old, "zipped away" or locked away energies and feelings come up. What that was about and why it happened, how I experienced it and responded to it, and so much more. Key to this is the message that when or if this happens for us, all we need to do now is feel it. ("It" being whatever is coming up for us.) We don't need to fix anything or solve anything or make any other changes. Just becoming aware and feeling the energy -- is what we're calling ourselves to do via our own Inner Guidance.
