Guess what? I did it - I ran the Oxford Half Marathon at the weekend and my vagina didn't fall out. Honestly, I wish I could show you my medal right now because this moment deserves a little proud dance, which might actually help to loosen of my hips!
This episode is all about proving that progress might be slow, but it is still progress and with the right advice, guidance, support and a sprinkle of determination, you can absolutely get there. Remember, life doesn't have to stop when you have a prolapse. You are still strong, capable and more resilient than you think.
And if something doesn't feel or looks quite right during or afterwards, don't just Google it at 2am, book an appointment with your GP or Women's Health Physio.
