Kitchen Curiosity is a podcast for the foodservice market presented by Radford Chancellor of Macintosh Foodservice Consultants, a foodservice design consultancy for the hospitality sector.
For the first episode of 2026, Radford is in France with Graham Howarth BEM to discuss his career working at Chequers, the Prime Minister's country estate. They're joined by friend of the podcast Steve Hobbs (MD, Grand Cuisine) and Margaux Debousse (Commercial Manager, Athanor) to discuss high-performance kitchens and what that looks like to them.
