 In this episode Rachel shares her incredible story of her struggles with endometriosis and other gynaecological challenges for the majority of her life. She shares how her recent hysterectomy has helped enormously and how she hasn’t been put into medical perimenopause due to one of her ovaries being left to function normally. Rachel also talks about her internal drive to not have a hysterectomy at the age of 30 and researching all the things that would help her be as healthy as possible - she gives us SO many good insights on this! - and how she used EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to help her process her emotions and trauma, leading her to now be and EFT advanced practitioner and trainer.
