In this weeks Longer Than Three Seconds, Ally and Rosie break down Round 9 of the Netball Super League. With one team now securing their place in the top 4, the other 7 teams have everything to play for! The girls discuss who needs to watch their game, and who are the creepy contenders nobody expects to get in the way on the way up the table. From Pulse playing positions around on court to Mavs playing two games in one, they cover it all!
Out of the arenas, the girls are not only playing netball locally, but also putting their big girl brave faces on and organising an event to bring their local netball community together. Stay tuned to see if Al and Ro can convince them to get down to an NSL game!
