概要

 In the 6th episode of the podcast we speak to James. Running as long as he can remember, James has done the distance through the ranks from the time he was at school all the way to University along with representing Liverpool Harriers & England Athletics! James has run the London Marathon x4 (his best time being 2:28) however his competitor nature has not thrown in the towel just yet - thats right he wants to BEAT his 2:28! In the Educational sector, James (an Assistant Head Teacher) is skilled in Coach Education where he thrives in supporting and helping develop runners with goal orientated focuses, all while reflecting on his own experience, encouragement and support received.
