What happens when you stop dressing to blend in and start dressing entirely for yourself?

In this episode of Who Are You (Wearing?), Alice Cruickshank is joined by comedian, author and BAFTA-nominated actor Rosie Jones. Known for Taskmaster, The Last Leg, Live at the Apollo, Out of Order and Pushers, Rosie is also the proud owner of around 50 jumpsuits (and counting!)

What begins with a mutual appreciation of colourful fashion becomes a much bigger conversation about confidence, identity and being seen. Rosie talks about how her disability and sexuality have influenced her relationship with fashion, and the journey from wearing "cute dresses" to blend in to embracing bold, unapologetic looks, including latex on the cover of Gay Times and at the TV BAFTAs.

Rosie and Alice also get into the particular pressures female comedians face around their appearance, and what it means to be judged not just on your comedy, but on how you look while doing it.

There's plenty of Taskmaster chat too, including the element of her outfit that was deemed too much for television, before Rosie talks about her new Edinburgh Fringe show, I Can't Tell What She's Saying, and why the Fringe has become one of her favourite places in the world.

Funny, frank and full of fashion chat, this is a conversation about finding your style, finding your confidence and deciding that being yourself is much more fun than trying to fit in.
